The Ledlenser EXH6R is an independently certified ATEX and IECEx intrinsically safe rechargeable head torch rated for Zone 0 gas environments and Zone 21 dust environments. Certified to II 1G Ex ia IIC T4 Ga and II 2D Ex ib IIIC T135°C Db, it delivers 250 lumens of combined spot and flood output with IP68-rated full submersion protection - the highest IP rating in the Ledlenser ATEX range.

The replaceable 1,900mAh lithium-ion battery charges via a professional charging cradle mountable in workshops or vehicles, eliminating the need to remove and reinsert batteries between shifts. A 135° swivel head, magnetic switch and backup mode for safe evacuation when power is critically low complete a specification designed for the most demanding hands-free hazardous area lighting requirements.

The EXH8 runs on 3 × AA alkaline batteries — 180 lumens, IP66, 55° tilt — suited to Zone 0/20 environments where recharging is impractical. The EXH6R is rechargeable — 250 lumens combined output with separate spot and flood LEDs, IP68 (higher than the EXH8's IP66), 135° tilt, replaceable battery and professional charging cradle. The EXH6R also carries different dust zone certification: Zone 21 for dust (vs Zone 20 on the EXH8), while maintaining Zone 0 for gas.
