The 7,600mAh battery delivers 7 hours of sustained combined output, 8 hours in spot-only mode and up to 40 hours in flood-only mode — sufficient for extended operational periods without recharging. Full charge takes 450 minutes (7.5 hours) via the included professional charging station, which is designed for workshop or vehicle installation in a safe area outside the classified zone. A dedicated Charging Station EXC7R (item 502409) is available separately for installations requiring a secondary or replacement charging unit.

Can the EXC7R be charged within a hazardous area?

No. The charging station is not ATEX-certified for use within classified hazardous zones and must be located in a designated safe area. The charging station is designed for fixed workshop or vehicle installation. Consult your site safety officer for guidance on charging protocols and safe area designation specific to your facility and zone classification.
