Refunds

If you would like to return your online purchase, please ensure the item is in its original condition - unused, in original packaging with the original tags still attached.

Free items/gifts and personalised/engraved items are not eligible for exchange or return for change of mind.

If the products are returned used, damaged or do not have all original packaging, we reserve the right to refuse your refund.

We strongly recommend using our return service as we are not liable if your return is lost in transit using any other method. If your parcel goes missing you will be required to provide two pieces of documentation; a proof of delivery at our address. If you cannot provide this information, we will not be held accountable for any losses.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange your purchase for another product, please state your requested item on the returns form. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 10 business days for your exchange request to be processed and a further 3-5 business days for delivery. If you request to to exchange your purchase for a different product value (higher or lower than original purchase), we will contact you to arrange a payment or refund the difference. If you have any other queries, please contact our online team via email at webstore@ledlenser.co.uk.

If you require your order to be exchanged urgently, we recommend re-purchasing to avoid missing out on the stock, you will receive your item sooner and can return your original purchase for refund instead.

To be eligible for exchange, your item must be unused and in the same resalable condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with any original tags attached. If the products are returned used, damaged or do not have all original packaging, we reserve the right to refuse your exchange.

Faulty Returns

We take the utmost care in ensuring our goods are of high quality. However, if for any reason you find that our products are faulty or unsatisfactory, your item arrives damaged, or you did not receive what you ordered, we will make every effort to resolve any issues.

Online purchases claimed as faulty will need to be sent back to us for an official assessment by the Ledlenser UK warranty team. You do not need to retain the original packaging nor does the item need to be in resalable condition if you have found it to have a minor or major fault.

How do I return?

  • Simply enter your 5 digit order number and email address in the fields above and click START
  • Follow the instructions and select the item(s) you wish to return
  • Once submitted, your return request will be reviewed by our team
  • If approved, you will receive a confirmation email along with shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

 

What items can I return?

You can return items from your order within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the item(s) are in their original condition or stated as faulty.

  • Item(s) must be in original unused condition
  • With batteries and accessories present
  • In the original box packaging

Free gifts, personalised/engraved items are not eligible for exchange or return for change of mind.

 

Are there any charges for return?

  • There are no charges for return shipping
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Please allow 5-10 business days for your return to be processed once received into our warehouse.
  • Your return will be assessed and inspected, we will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a refund will be proccessed to your original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 working days for your refund to be processed by your financial institution.
