Dispatch & Delivery Time Frames

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse located within the United Kingdom.

Although not guaranteed, we aim to dispatch all orders received prior to 2pm on the same working day, Monday to Friday only, excluding Bank Holidays. However, during peak periods such as Christmas and periods of promotional sale, this may be extended up to 2-5 working days.

No dispatch on weekends or Bank Holidays. Next Working Day orders after 2pm on Friday will arrive on Tuesday. Saturday orders after 2pm on Friday will be delivered the following Saturday.

Delivery Costs UK

Final delivery rates and services available for your delivery location are shown at checkout based on your information entered.

Standard Delivery – FREE if your order is over £75, from £2.99 if your order is under £75. Up to 10 days delivery time from date of dispatch (UK mainland and Northern Ireland only).

Next Working Day, Mon-Fri – from £4.99, orders must be placed before 2pm for same day dispatch (UK mainland and Northern Ireland only, Mon - Fri delivery only, excluding Bank Holidays).

Saturday Delivery – from £7.99, orders must be placed before 2pm on Friday for same day dispatch (UK mainland and Northern Ireland only, Mon - Fri delivery only, excluding Bank Holidays). Please note, if your order is placed after 2pm on a Friday, your order will not be delivered until the following Saturday.

Batteries

Due to courier content regulations when shipping batteries, any order containing a battery without a torch will be shipped using DPD Next Day delivery by default or Royal Mail depending on your location. Courier and pricing is set at checkout and will be shown based on your delivery location.

Delivery Locations

Currently, this website only only dispatch product to the United Kingdom, mainland England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Republic of Ireland and the United States of America ONLY.

Dispatch to any other international location from this website is NOT possible. International customers are encouraged to visit www.ledlenser.com  where you will be redirected to a website available in your location.

Duties and Taxes (Rep. of Ireland ONLY)

As a result of the United Kingdom no longer being part of the EU, all orders imported into the Republic of Ireland are subject to VAT (23%) and Import Duty (12%) as a percentage of the order.

Item prices will reflect VAT of 23% at the checkout once a delivery destination is entered. This is paid by you, the customer, to us as part of your order at checkout. Whilst we do our best to offer tax inclusive shopping, should any additional fees be required by the courier, these may be collected by prior to delivery once the parcel has landed in the Rep. of Ireland. The customer will be contacted by the local carrier to settle this payment should it be required.

Shipping to the USA (China-origin goods shipped from the UK)

Our products are manufactured in China and shipped from the UK. As a result, orders delivered to the United States are subject to U.S. import duties and tariffs (including any applicable Section 301 China tariffs) and carrier clearance fees. These charges are set by U.S. Customs based on the shipment’s HTS classification and declared value.

Prices at checkout are shown inclusive of U.S. duties and tariffs. Whilst we do our best to offer tax inclusive shopping, should any additional fees be required by the carrier, these may be collected by prior to delivery once the parcel has landed, your carrier (e.g. Spring Global/DHL/UPS/FedEx) will contact you to arrange payment before delivery.
