Dispatch and Delivery Time Frames

All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse.

Orders placed before 2pm are typically dispatched the same working day, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. While this is not guaranteed, we aim to process orders as quickly as possible.

During peak periods, including Christmas and promotional events, dispatch times may be extended to 2-5 working days.

Delivery Costs UK

Delivery options and final costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Standard Delivery
FREE on orders over £75, or from £2.99 for orders under £75.
Delivered within up to 10 days from dispatch (UK mainland and Northern Ireland).

Next Working Day Delivery (Monday - Friday)
From £4.99. Order before 2pm for same day dispatch.
Available for UK mainland and Northern Ireland, Monday to Friday only, excluding Bank Holidays.

Saturday Delivery
From £7.99. Order before 11am on Friday for same day dispatch.
Orders placed after 11am on Friday will be delivered the following Saturday.
Available for UK mainland only.

Batteries

Due to courier content regulations when shipping batteries, any order containing a battery without a torch will be shipped using DPD by default or DHL depending on your location. Courier and pricing is set at checkout and will be shown based on your delivery location.

Delivery Locations

Currently, this website only only dispatch product to the United Kingdom, mainland England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Republic of Ireland ONLY.

Dispatch to any other international location from this website is NOT possible. International customers are encouraged to visit www.ledlenser.com where you will be redirected to a website available in your location.

Duties and Taxes (Rep. of Ireland ONLY)

As a result of the United Kingdom no longer being part of the EU, all orders imported into the Republic of Ireland are subject to VAT (23%) and Import Duty (12%) as a percentage of the order.

Item prices will reflect VAT of 23% at the checkout once a delivery destination is entered. This is paid by you, the customer, to us as part of your order at checkout. Whilst we do our best to offer tax inclusive shopping, should any additional fees be required by the courier, these may be collected by prior to delivery once the parcel has landed in the Rep. of Ireland. The customer will be contacted by the local carrier to settle this payment should it be required.
