ENDLESS BENEFITS:

Multi-Lens Technology — multi-mission tactical beam — three LEDs combine to produce a flood and spotlight simultaneously for tactical operations, or operate individually as pure spot or pure flood; beam selection adapts to the mission rather than forcing a compromise.
2,000 lumens boost / 370-metre beam — powerful TAC Boost output for maximum impact situations; TAC High (1,100 lumens / 280m) for sustained tactical use; TAC Mid (600 lumens / 200m) for general operational use; Search (500 lumens / 270m) and Check (100 lumens / 20m) for specific tasks.
Tactical end-cap switch — multifunctional end-cap switch designed for rapid, intuitive single-handed operation; combined with transport lock to prevent accidental activation during carry.
Hard-anodised aluminium alloy housing — military-grade surface treatment for enhanced corrosion and wear resistance beyond standard aluminium; built for sustained professional carry and field use.
IP68 rated and 2-metre drop tested — full submersion protection and impact resistance for the most demanding operational environments.
USB-C rechargeable — 18650 Li-ion battery charges via USB-C in 180 minutes; compatible with power banks and vehicle charging for operational flexibility.
Backup Mode — automatically reduces to low-power output before battery is fully depleted; prevents unexpected total power loss in operational situations.
Temperature Control System — manages heat during sustained high-output use for consistent performance.
CR123 battery compatible — accepts CR123 cells as an alternative power source when USB-C recharging is not available in the field.

FAQs

What is included in the TAC6R Tactical Outdoor Set that is not in the standard TAC6R?

The Tactical Outdoor Set adds four accessories over the standard TAC6R: Remote Switch Type H for silent activation, Picatinny Rail Mount A for rail-mounted deployment, Universal Mounting System for pole mounting and Colour Filter Set 35.1mm providing red, green, blue and yellow filters. All accessories are housed in a Case Type B carry case. Buying as a set delivers better value than purchasing the torch and accessories separately.

What is the Remote Switch Type H used for?

The Remote Switch Type H allows the TAC6R to be activated silently and precisely without physically pressing the torch's end-cap switch. It is designed for security, tactical and hunting applications where activating the torch without movement or noise is operationally important — for example when the torch is rail-mounted and the operator needs hands-on control of another device simultaneously.

What is the Picatinny Rail Mount used for?

The Picatinny Rail Mount A attaches the TAC6R directly to Picatinny rail systems found on firearms, crossbows, tactical equipment and accessory rails — providing integrated forward lighting that moves with the equipment rather than requiring a separate handheld torch. Combined with the Remote Switch Type H included in this set, the TAC6R becomes a fully functional weapon-mounted light with remote activation capability.
