The 25-year warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing — the same coverage as Ledlenser's standard seven-year warranty, extended to 25 years. Registration is required to activate the full 25-year coverage; without registration, a standard 2-year warranty applies. Why does the H8R Anniversary Edition include two batteries?

Two 18650 batteries are included as standard — one in the torch, one as a spare. Charge the spare whilst using the first, swap when depleted, and continue without downtime. For outdoor trips, long shifts or any situation where access to charging is limited, the second battery provides immediate extended runtime without requiring a separate accessory purchase. Each battery has an integrated USB-C port for direct charging without a separate charger.

Is the Dark Blue colourway exclusive to the Anniversary Edition?

Yes. The Dark Blue finish is an exclusive limited edition colourway produced specifically for the 25th Anniversary range — it is not available on the standard H8R or any other current Ledlenser model. The Anniversary Edition is produced in limited quantities and will not be restocked once sold out.
