Items must be returned in their original condition, original packaging and with all original tags intact. We reserve the right to refuse a refund where items show signs of damage or misuse.
Exchanges
Please indicate your preferred replacement on the returns form. Once we've received your return, allow up to 10 working days for processing, followed by a further 3–5 working days for delivery. Where there is a price difference, we'll contact you to arrange payment or issue a refund accordingly.
