This cable is compatible with MH4 and MH5 models manufactured after 2021 only. Earlier versions of the MH4 and MH5 use a different charging system and are not compatible with this cable.

The cable charges via any USB-A port. Compatible sources include wall adaptors, laptop USB ports, portable power banks and vehicle cigarette lighter adaptors with a USB-A output. Adaptors are not included. If charging does not initiate, check that your power source provides a stable USB-A output — most standard wall adaptors and power banks are compatible.

First confirm your model is on the compatible list above — and if it is an MH4 or MH5, confirm it is a post-2021 model. Then check the magnetic connection is fully seated on the charging contacts and that your USB-A power source is functioning correctly with another device.
