The Ledlenser MH10 is the lightest head torch of its brightness class in the Ledlenser range — delivering 600 lumens with a 150-metre beam from a 158g aluminium alloy body. Originally released as part of the Classic MH Series outdoor range, the MH10 has earned a loyal following well beyond its original leisure outdoor audience: search and rescue teams in particular value it for the combination of high output, low weight, rear red safety light, colour filter capability and robust 18650 battery that can be swapped and managed in the field. An 18650 Li-ion rechargeable battery, Colour Filter Set 36mm, carry pouch and USB charging cable are all included in the box.

The MH10 is an older generation product predating the current H-Series and HF-Series head torches, which offer significantly more advanced features. It remains, however, one of the most practically specified head torches in its class for field and operational outdoor use — a reputation built on the specific combination of light weight, meaningful output and field-practical features that its professional user base has come to rely on. A 2025 Special Edition version — the MH10 SE — is also available with an updated specification; see the MH10 SE listing for details.

Light Mode Range — Energy Saving:

• Power — 600 lumens / 150m beam / 10-hour runtime
• Mid power — 250 lumens / 100m beam / 15-hour runtime
• Low power — 10 lumens / 20m beam / 120-hour runtime

Light Mode Range — Constant Current:

• Power — 400 lumens / 130m beam / 6-hour runtime
• Low power — 10 lumens / 20m beam / 70-hour runtime

Endless Benefits:

• Best weight-to-lumen ratio in its class — 600 lumens from a 158g head torch; the MH10 delivers more output per gram than any other Ledlenser head torch at this brightness level, making it the practical choice for search and rescue, trail and ultralight outdoor use where every gram counts.
• Rear red safety light — highly visible to others from behind; essential for search and rescue team members working in low-light environments where position awareness is a safety requirement for the whole team.
• Colour Filter Set 36mm included — red, green, blue and yellow filter caps supplied in the box; red for night vision preservation, green for low-disturbance wildlife and field observation, blue for liquid and surface detection, yellow for fog and poor-visibility conditions.
• Replaceable 18650 battery — the 3,400mAh 18650 cell is user-replaceable; carry spare charged cells for field battery swapping during extended SAR operations and multi-day outdoor missions where recharging access is limited.
• 120-hour low-power runtime — 10 lumens for up to 120 hours in Energy Saving mode; sustained ambient illumination across extended operations from a single cell.
• Energy Saving and Constant Current modes — Energy Saving maximises runtime for extended operations; Constant Current delivers consistent, stable output that does not dim as the battery depletes — the preferred mode for professional use where predictable brightness matters.
• Advanced Focus System with Rapid Focus — one-handed beam adjustment from homogeneous close-range flood to focused 150-metre spot.
• 65° stepped head tilt — direct the beam at the precise angle needed for any task independently of head position.
• Smart Light Technology — programmable brightness profiles via the front switch.
• Temperature Control System — sustained thermal management for consistent high-output performance across extended operational periods.
• Detachable, washable headband — elastic and comfortable; removes for washing between operations.
• Transport Lock — prevents accidental activation during storage and carry.
• IP54 rated and 2-metre drop tested — water spray resistant and impact tested for sustained field use.
