Ledlenser products have an industry leading warranty that covers defects in manufacturing, extended up to 7 years with registration of certain products. Most of our lights have a standard warranty period of 2 years which can be extended by a further 5 years with online registration. This warranty does not apply to all products, which include but not exclusive to, our K Series (keyring lights), Kid's Lights, Lite Wallet, Solidline, TFX range, all accessories including batteries, power banks spare parts and replacement parts. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse located within the United Kingdom.
Although not guaranteed, we aim to dispatch all orders received prior to 2pm on the same working day, Monday to Friday only, excluding Bank Holidays.
